They didn't leave enough towels, and I ended up having to call multiple times for basic requests. Overall, the hotel has potential, but there are definitely some areas that need improvement, especially in terms of safety and service.

Parking is problematic. there were no spaces available in front, and the parking garage had a sketchy feel, complete with broken glass. During one stay, unexpected emergency vehicles caused panic without any notification from the hotel, leaving guests uncertain about their safety. There were also issues like a sofa bed missing linens and slow service in getting proper bedding, which adds to an uncomfortable experience.

It was just a decent option for a mini-break over the weekend in San Antonio with incredible value for money. The parking was terrible, or you could park in a sketchy garage, which was a bit unsettling. Look for better parking options nearby.
